📦 Return Eligibility

We accept returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

Items must be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
All original tags must still be attached.
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and clearance reasons, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

Bodysuits.
Undergarments.
Accessories & jewelry.
Beauty products.
Clearance or sale items.
Gift cards.

💳 Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear depending on your bank or payment provider.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

If your return does not meet our return requirements, the item may be returned back to you.

🔁 Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges only for:

Damaged items.
Defective products.
Incorrect items received.

To request an exchange, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number.
Photos of the item and packaging.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error was caused by us
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages

⚠️ Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package. We will gladly work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
