Please include the following:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, free of stains, perfume, deodorant, makeup, pet hair, or damage, and must have original tags attached.

Customers must contact us at info@oasisboutiquesllc.com before sending a return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Final sale items, clearance items, accessories, jewelry, bodysuits, intimate items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
